There are 2 floors for people to spread out, enjoy an eat in kitchen and open concept living room with huge Roku TV and Alexa. Downstairs, have fun in the game room, with arcade games, Nintendo, board games and air hockey. Fun for all!


We have a dedicated workspace for remote working with very fast internet on a gigabit network.

You will have access to the entire home.

We are local if you need us.

Weber grill is propane, not for use with charcoal.

Please note: If you need a pack `n play or a high chair - these must be requested in advance. When you reach out to us, we can provide a link to request these for a fee via BabyQuip.
• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests.
• You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any injury, harm, or death arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this home.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart lock to come and go as you please and for contactless check in and out. No one will meet you at the property.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• For your safety and ours, we have an outdoor camera aimed at the driveway. There are no cameras in any of the living areas.
• We use ladders to access the bunk beds. You agree to hold the owner harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladders.
