The relaxing open-concept layout creates a more spacious feeling by removing walls, allowing for better natural light flow. As you step into the living room you'll see a couch that can be converted into a queen-size sofa bed for additional guests. Large sliding doors open to your private lanai, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the tropical breeze. The well-stocked kitchen comes equipped with the supplies you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Enjoy your meals inside at the dining table set for 4 or outside on the lanai for a true island experience.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons and in no way infringes upon the guests' expectations of privacy in these areas of the property. Any attempt at damaging the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without a refund.

Please Note: Kihei Akahi charges a $35 Guest Registration Fee at the time of booking. If you plan to bring a second vehicle, an additional $5 per day parking fee will apply.

Resort quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am; greenbelt areas are available for family use, though playing with toys like balls is recommended at the nearby beach park. Pool toys are allowed for assisted swimming. The property is also conveniently located near numerous restaurants, shops, golf courses, and other top beaches, such as Wailea and Makena Beach.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
