Willkommen in unserer Welt in San Pedro. Kommen Sie und entspannen Sie in unserem tropischen Paradies. Genießen Sie den Blick auf die üppigen Gärten von Ihrer Veranda. Oder nehmen Sie ein erfrischendes Bad in unserem Schwimmbad, nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Sie werden, um den Klang der Wellen oder bewundern Sie weiße Mützen auf dem Riff zu erfreuen. Die zweitgrößte Barrier Reef in der Welt ist nur eine kurze Entfernung von der Küste, und du wirst in der Lage, Vereinbarungen auf unsere Nachbartauchladen für ein Abenteuer auf dem sea..or unter ihm zu machen. Wenn Sie Landratten haben, bekommen Sie ein Sonnenbad auf unserem privaten Dock zu genießen oder schwimmen und schnorcheln Sie in unserem geschützten Bereich. Wenn Sie furchtlos sind, versuchen Sie ein Parasailing oder Windsurfen. Musikliebhaber versammeln sich im Januar und Februar, die überhaupt berühmte Jerry Jeff Walker Konzerte im Fido direkt unten am Strand von uns genießen. Achten Sie darauf, Ihre Cowboyhut zu bringen!
Es ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Essen und Trinken am Strand, in der Stadt einkaufen, touristische Aktivitäten und Wassersportarten. Wir haben die beste Lage auf der Insel!
Unsere Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und bieten täglichen Reinigungsservice. Ein Abholservice ist gegen eine geringe Gebühr verfügbar.

Great location!

Nice condo in a great centralized location on the beach. Right in the center of town. Condo was clean, and well furnished. Krishan was very helpful… picked us up at the water taxi, answered all our texts quickly, and arranged for our trip to Tropic Air for our trip back to the airport. Pool was nice. Close to great restaurants. Rented a golf cart for the 10 days we were there and explored much of the island. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect little house for vacation

The Villa is in an excellent location right on the water and within ready walking distance of everything you want. The house was clean and the kitchen has everything we needed. There was air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. The pool was warm and not too busy. Very quiet at night. They helped us arrange a golf cart for one day too.

Great stay in San Pedro

We love having a condo in places we go. This condo was a perfect location for us near the downtown area. Melissa was a great host taking very good care of us! We would definitely come back here.

Wonderful first time experience in San Pedro and particularly at Paradise Villas. Melissa was extremely responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay at her condo again or at any other Paradise Villa properties which are very conveniently located.

We enjoyed our time at Paradise Villas. Proximity to restaurants and beach bars is perfect and having the pool was great…our end of day location most days. A great place to socialize and meet other travellers. Unit is a bit older but overall fit our needs perfectly, right size for two adults and has all the amenities you need.

Condo Paradise Villas

Overall the property served our purpose. The grounds are very nice, the pool was nice. The condo was sufficient, not fancy but clean. It is close to several restaurants and a grocery store close by. Great location. Bed was comfortable.

Excellent property. Kitchen had enough dishes. Overall great trip. I wish they had a smart tv. Wanted to watch Netflix. Love the Red Ginger restaurant!

Paradise Villas is absolutely perfect! The location is 3-5 minute walk to town. there is a market a few minute walk from the property and the fun Palapa Bar and Grill located on the pier on the water is right out the door! The condo is very clean and the staff are super helpful! Melissa is a great host too!

Cute Spot in San Pedro

My wife and I had a quick stay in San Pedro. The hostess was very responsive and arranged for us to be picked up from the water taxi. We were in Belize for our honeymoon, so she decorated the condo with a trail of flower petals and towel origami which was such a nice and thoughtful touch! The condo itself was cozy and perfect for our needs, with a convenient location. The staff helped us get a golf cart rental so we could drive to Secret Beach. We definitely recommend this place!

Great condo in the heart of San Pedro

The condo was well appointed, clean and had everything we needed. Paradise villas even arranged for transfers to and from water taxis or airport. Melissa was great and even had cold beers waiting for us upon arrival. The villa was perfectly located for restaurants, bars, docks, grocery store and anything else we needed. We will definitely be back!

Excellent condo and love cation

We loved our stay! Great location for everything. Facilities were very well maintained by very friendly staff and very quiet even though the middle street it is located on is busy. Condo had everything you would need with daily housekeeping to assist you in anything you required. The owners Ken and Melissa were excellent showed us some of the local restaurants and bars out of the normal tourist areas. San Pedro is busy but very easy to get around. Will definitely return!

Loved it!

The location was excellent, condo was cute, very clean and well maintained. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need! The ladies that came to clean everyday were very nice and the office staff was very helpful. Pick up and delivery back to the ferry was a breeze! We will be back.

wonderful condo and location

was R 13th visit to San Pedro. We have stayed at Paradise villas for 8 years. This is the first time we have stayed in Ken and Melissa's condo, and it is by far our preference. Ken and Melissa are wonderful hosts and go out of their way to make sure you have everything that you need. we love the location and all of the people at Paradise Villas are so friendly and welcoming.thanks to Ken and Melissa for all their help and making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

Exactly what we were looking for

If you are looking for a clean property with a perfect location then look no further. The villa we stayed in, 7A, was clean, comfortable, and in the middle of everything! We felt very safe and an issue that arose was taken care of immediately. The only down side was that the bed was very squeaky. Other than that I could not recommend this villa more. Thank you for the home away from home feeling!

Amazing in every way

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. It really is an oasis on the edge of busy San Pedro. Everything is as pictured. The community is private and well maintained. Our apartment was great and just as shown. Melissa was amazing with her super fast response to every question and she had great recommendations and information. We loved Elvi’s restaurant so much that we ate there many times. A short walk from our room, maybe 5 minutes. I highly recommend this place and Melissa’s wonderful help. We also had a great trip to Hol Chan and Reef Adventures was good. Thanks Melissa.

It all about the Location and the People.

I could write a whole page review on Paradise Villa, but since most people don’t want to read that much, I will leave it short and sweet. Location, Location, Location, & People. You always take a chance venturing to a new location and renting an unfamiliar VRBO, but after 2 days on San Pedro, I knew we had the perfect Location. First, Melissa was wonderful to deal with and was very prompt answering all our questions. Paradise Villa is on the outskirts of the busy part of town, so walking is super easy, and you are just far enough away where you are not subject to the late-night party noise. Everything you need is right there. Grocery Store, Bar/Restaurants, food stands, and dive shops. We rented a golf cart the last 2 days, just to go to Secrete Beach and explore the south side of the island. The golf cart was parked back at Paradise Villa by 3pm the 2nd day as we had more local places to explore on foot. The grounds and staff there were exceptional. I am sure there are other nice places on the island, but for me, I will only stay at Paradise Villa.

Beautiful setting and close to everything

Melissa was very easy to work with. The unit is as described. The grounds are gorgeous and well tended. It is close to so many restaurants and launches of tours. We only rented a cart for 2 days to hit Secret beach and do some shopping. Bed was comfortable. Only negative were barking dogs. I ended up sleeping in the living room and we kept background noise of air conditioner to help cover it up. That trick worked. I am a very light sleeper and not the fault of the owner. So many nice people at the condo complex and staff is over the top friendly and attentive. House cleaning and fresh towels and linens were a very nice addition.

Perfect for us

This condo was ideal for my husband and myself. It has everything we wanted, including a beach on beautiful grounds and a friendly staff. It was well-kept, roomy and had a cold A/C. The coffee maker broke and within minutes of telling the staff they brought us another one. I enjoyed sleeping late on occasion while my husband drank coffee and watched TV on the futon in the den. The location was far enough out of town to be quiet but close enough to walk or cart ride just about anywhere. A grocery store and fruit stand are just outside the gate. We rented a golf cart and signed up for a snorkeling with the tour company immediately across the street. Owner Melissa was a pleasure to email with and checked to make sure everything went smoothly.

Great location, close to everything, but quiet and serene

This was our second trip to Belize and also our second stay at Paradise Villas. The units are kept clean and the staff is around all the time. There is a security guard at night, although we never felt unsafe. It is within walking distance to town and Reef Adventures is right outside the front gate for fishing or snorkeling. Very nice people. We did not get to meet the owners as they were out of town, but Nellie's staff (the management company) were there for us. We happened to get an earlier flight to San Pedro with Tropic Air. Upon our arrival in San Pedro the baggage people called from the Airport and the van came right away to pick us up. Had great meals, went snorkelling, fishing, and to Lamanai. Be sure to check out Melt, just north of the Villa. Good food and a short walk.

Great location & value

We enjoyed our stay! It was everything we expected and needed. The grounds are kept clean and the pool area is perfect to relax at. The beach area/pier is right out front with several bars and restaurants to walk to. The grocery store is just down the block. Cleaning service each day with fresh towels ect. We made good use of the patio with the gas grill and adirondack chairs, the kitchen also has all the utensils and pots/pans you'll need. On top of all that included with our stay was transportation to and from the airport that Melissa set up for us. There are dogs in the area so we did notice some barking in the morning but we are early risers and this never bothered us. We experienced the same thing in Placencia and found that there are several dogs in both areas so I think it comes with the area unless you stay at a larger resort. We would stay here again, this is a great place to stay!

Great location and great people!

This is long overdue, my apologies! My husband and I stayed at Ken and Melissa's condo for 5nights starting March 19th. This was our first time to San Pedro and these owners are a wealth of knowledge. The condo has everything you need when travelling and the gas BBQ was a bonus. Location is great, facilities are clean and the staff on the property always had smiles on their faces. A short walk to some great restaurants is right outside the gate. Or sit on the pier and people watch. If you rent a cart then the island is yours to discover. We found everyone very easy going and willing to give you there tips and tricks on where to go and what to do. This island caters to every budget. We found some great places to eat and drink. We still rave about Paradise Villas to anyone who asks about our trip and highly recommend this condo. We loved the San Pedro style and Melissa and Ken thank you! You never know we may be back at your doorstep again soon!

First Time in Beliz

What a perfect location to get the feel of the Caye. Gorgeous ocean to the front and San Pedro to the back. Ken and Melissa to guide you. The water is so warm and clear we got tired of hearing ourselves talk about it. The restaurants are so close, but sometimes hard to choose because there are so many. Our time was so relaxed. One of the best parts were the people we met, from locals to coming down here for years to newbies, nice, nice people. Plus lots to do. We took Tanisha tour to Lamania and loved it. You get to see the ruins, but the trip up the river and all the wildlife was just as spectacular. Special thanks to Ken and Melissa for all their help. The condo is perfect for a couple. Everything you needed. The cleaning staff were amazing, we kept telling them we were fine and didn't need them to come everyday, but they didn't listen. We will absolutely tell our friends about our Belizean vacation. Craig & Teri
