***Lake Escape is one of our newest distinctive vacation homes in the Branson area. This home, with over 6,600 Sq feet of living space, has NINE spacious rooms, ALL of them are ON SUITES, 8 being master suites, with a king bed, their own TV, & their own bathroom.



***This house sleeps up to 28 guests. The 8th bedroom is a multi purpose bedroom with 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 2 Twin Beds (Perfect Room for a whole family or older kids, or if you don`t like sharing a bed); the 9th bedroom is a bunk-room with nine twin beds; THIS LAKE HOUSE is Perfect for any group or family gathering! This location is just south of Kimberling City giving your guests the most breathtaking views anywhere on Table Rock Lake, yet only minutes away from Silver Dollar City and all that Branson has to offer! The Branson Strip with all the restaurants, shows and attractions, the Branson Landing all within fifteen to twenty five minutes! Your Branson Vacation adventures are close by and as a guest you can return to the calm, relaxing vista above the lake for a peaceful stay!

Also an additional Private Fire Pit surrounded by high end outdoor couches, perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful Table Rock Lake Views! There are THREE Master On-Suites, each with their own king bed and 42` Smart TV and built in phone chargers in their nightstands! ***Lake Escape is a non-smoking lake house.

***Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

***Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. ALL beds will already be made, ready for your arrival.

***We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.



💙 DAMAGE WAIVER

***In lieu of collecting a security deposit, we will collect, for each reservation, a one-time non-refundable $95.00 damage waiver fee. This is already included in the management fee you pay. The damage waiver is provided by Waivo, a third-party vendor which is not affiliated with us. Generally, the damage waiver provides up to $10,000 of coverage towards unintentional property damage. The coverage is subject to all applicable terms and conditions imposed by Waivo, including, without limitation, those terms and conditions described on the attached Exhibit A. Waivo’s terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any changes to or variance in Waivo’s terms and conditions which conflict with or contradict the information provided in Exhibit A. You are responsible for obtaining accurate and up-to-date terms and conditions directly from Waivo at the time of purchase. If for any reason whatsoever, Waivo fails or refuses to cover any costs or expenses incurred due to damages resulting from your stay, We shall be entitled to charge the credit card on file or otherwise collect such additional amounts as may be incurred for damages or theft, including, without limitation, the market rate for replacement of costs or repairs plus time and materials, in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
