We appreciate the feedback and want to address this review accurately and transparently. We take cleanliness extremely seriously. Across Airbnb and VRBO, this home has consistently received 5-out-of-5 ratings for cleanliness, and is recognized among the top 1% of Airbnb listings in Branson, with no prior reports of pest issues. Following this review, we conducted a thorough inspection of the home, including behind the microwave and all appliances, and found no evidence of cockroaches or pest activity. The home is maintained on a regular professional pest-prevention schedule, and this claim is not consistent with our inspection findings or our guest feedback. We did, however, identify items left behind by a prior guest, including debris under furniture and in the pool area while it was closed for the season. This should have been caught during turnover, and we have since tightened our inspection and cleaning protocols to prevent a recurrence. While we regret that you did not have the experience we aim to provide, we are confident in the cleanliness standards of our home and remain committed to delivering a professionally maintained, high-quality stay for every guest.

Thank you for the review. As this property is very new, we take reviews seriously. We will add dressers and ironing board. We have a hairdryer but will mark it for easy identification. We are adding more outdoor furniture in the pool area.

Thank you for the feedback. We just fixed the bathroom shower curtain. As this is a brand new house, so AC vents need to be adjusted. The new generation AC in this house is highly efficient and tied to the air filtration system. As with any brand new house, minor issues need to be addressed. We have addressed all these minor issues now.
