Other Things to Note:

This apartment is the ground floor of a 2-unit house. Please be aware this space takes up the entire first floor of a two family duplex.There are 2 steps from the front entry door to the first floor unit.



Parking -- One off street parking space is provided behind the house for SMALL or MID SIZED vehicles only! Oversized vehicles such as SUVs will not fit in the driveway.



Street parking is free for extra vehicles-- however we must note that there are parking restrictions over night from 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., unless information on your vehicle is submitted to the city. It is actually very easy so do not worry -- we will send you information on how to submit your vehicle information to the city to avoid on street parking issues





Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $25/hour fee. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for this request in order for us to organize our schedule. Thank you!
