The property was perfect for our needs as we needed an immediate rental near Cleveland Clinic University Hospitals. It had everything we needed to feel like a home. The house was pet friendly with a nice fenced yard. Neighborhood was nice. Host was excellent. Would stay here again.

Lovely people. I will most likely stay with this host again. He even let us bring an extra doggo cause we had a funeral to attend and couldn't leave them behind.

The house was wonderful! It was just like the photos. The house was very clean and ready when we got there. The communication from the host was incredible!! I would 100% recommend. Plus, there’s a yard and if you are bringing your dog, that is much, much needed!!

Great Place

House was very nice and in a great neighborhood. Close to shopping and Cleveland Clinic. My husband ended up with some setbacks and luckily I was able to stay there longer. Host worked with me and made everything super easy.

The property was extremely clean when we arrived and as pictured. We arrived in the middle of January when there was over a foot of snow on the ground and unfortunately, the sidewalk from the driveway to the back door had not been shoveled for us. Probably not something the cleaners thought of, but would have been helpful as we unloaded our belongings. However, once we were settled, it was easy to maintain that sidewalk so we always had a clear path inside.Because we ended up staying for three months, we did have to buy a few things for the kitchen that were not provided and the number of dishes was pretty limited. But it is more than adequate for a short-term stay. We had a couple of maintenance issues come up while we were there and the management team was very quick to respond and address them.

Fantastic place to stay

I was recovering from transplant surgery and need to be in Cleveland for about 6 weeks after discharge from the hospital. Everything was top notch with all of the amenities included, including stuff for my dog that stayed with me part of the time. Having the whole house was great and nice new TV's and kitchen with laundry. The communication with the host was instantaneous with issues I had regarding the Internet and TV. Everything should be set up and fixed now without issue.The only thing to consider here is that the one bathroom is upstairs. If stairs are an issue, just be aware of that.Otherwise, I would highly recommend this place.

This was a perfect place to relax and unwind from a busy day hiking and exploring the national park. It was very central to stores, restaurants, and other necessities! The inside of the house was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities. The host was wonderful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. They also did check ins to see if there was anything we needed! The only issue we had was that there was a lot of trash strewn outside by the garage, as well as throughout the backyard. We had to do a sweep of the yard before letting our dog out so he didn’t eat any of the garbage.

Very cute property with everything you need. The host Dan was great and communicated very well. It was a tad pricey but overall was worth the money. Only complaint is that there were linens left in the dryer and water left in the mop bucket I assume from the cleaning crew. The mattress topper on the master bed was too big for the bed and rolled over the sides and there were some stains on the covers. Other than that the property was very nice and well kept and the host was great. Would book again
