The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but only 3 min. to the lake, 10 min. to Heavenly or the casinos. Unwind in the deep soaking jetted tub, warm up in front of the gas stove or work in the dedicated office. Our home has a washer/dryer, EV charger, Peloton bike & patio for your enjoyment. Walk to nearby restaurants, breweries and grocery stores. Your ideal Tahoe getaway awaits! On the first floor, our house has 1 bedroom (queen bed) and a full bath with a deep soaking jetted tub, washer/dryer, a full kitchen and living room. On the second floor is the main bedroom (king size bed), a full bathroom (shower only), a Peloton bike and a small bedroom (pull out twin XL) and an office with a ginormous monitor. All of the lights are dimmable, and some of them can change color from daylight to incandescent. Our house was gutted to the studs and totally renovated in 2023! If you are sick of looking at 1975-era "country bear jamboree" houses and want something modern, light and bright, look no further! This house is our full-time residence, so it is only available when we are travelling elsewhere.
Notes - we have a dog; we will clean the house for you before we leave, but if you have strong allergies to dogs, please take this into consideration before booking.
100% no smoking/vaping anything inside or outside the house (outside is an HOA rule). This house is in an HOA (and City) with very strong VHR restrictions. Do not plan to party here.

The City of South Lake Tahoe requires an in person (or via video) check-in process and requires all renters to sign a "good neighbor contract" which lists the occupancy limits, noise restrictions, restrictions on commercial usage, and trash regulations. Any violation of the "good neighbor contract" has fines starting at $1500.
