Set on a flat, easy-access street with a meadow right across the way, this single-level home blends 1960s charm with updated amenities, spacious living areas, and immediate access to Tahoeâs best outdoor recreation.
Inside, the homeâs character shines in the sunken living room, complete with a rock fireplace, pellet stove and classic dĂ©cor. You can spin vinyl records or play CDs as you relax by the fire. The fully modern kitchen offers everything a cook could need, including an induction range, air-fryer oven, dishwasher, and full cookware setup.
The primary suite features a brand-new California King mattress, a private bathroom and shower, and your own far-infrared saunaâperfect after a day of exploring. Two additional bedrooms each have new queen beds and ample closet space. A foosball table is available in the bonus room, and the hall closet is stocked with games for cozy nights in.
Outside, a large back porch with a dining set and gas BBQ is ideal for summer cookouts or evening relaxation. The homeâs single-level layout and flat driveway make access simple year-round, and the two-car garage provides secure storage for gear and vehicles. Ample parking for 2 car garage and 2 cars in driveway. Disc golf sets, hiking poles, and other sporting amenities are available in the garage, and guests are welcome to use the provided kayak and bikes.
Recreation is right at your doorstep: the multi-use trail is just a quarter mile down the street, and access to the Powerline Trail is a short walk up the road and across Pioneer Trail. Bijou Park is just a short strollâabout a third of a mileâdown the street and across the meadow. There youâll find a 27-hole disc golf course, a kidsâ bike park, a skate park, and two dog parks (one for large dogs and one for small), along with other great amenities. Heavenlyâs California Base Lodge is also conveniently located about 1.5 miles away.

City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances Violation of ordinances can result in fines up to $1500:
a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day, is 6 persons. Up to 2 children aged 13 and under do not count towards this occupancy limit.
b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited.
c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.
d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.
e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved surfaces.
f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours.
g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property.
h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting âYesâ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
