Getting to the Navajo Rug cabin is part of the adventure! You travel from Hwy 259 down cress road. We recommend bringing a vehicle like a pickup or an SUV that has at least 7" clearance, definitely not low to the ground. Pet Policy: Guests may bring up to 2 dogs <50lbs with prior approval. A flat pet fee of $100 applies. If more than 2 dogs are brought without authorization, an additional $300 fee per extra pet will be charged and may result in cancellation without refund. This helps us ensure cleanliness and comfort for all guests. NO CATS, bringing a cat is a $300 fine, and the guest will be charged and may result in cancellation without refund.

Accessibility: The cabin is a double-level home with stairs.

Outdoor Cameras: For the safety of our guests and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed. Each camera is directed at entry points (such as the back door) to monitor for unauthorized access and to help safeguard your belongings. No cameras are directed toward or monitor the hot tub or other private relaxation areas. Please do not tamper with the position of the cameras.

Hot Tub Usage:
The hot tub is available all year and open 24 hours for your enjoyment.
Maintain water levels above the highest jets. Water levels below the jets will cause the expensive water pump to burn out resulting in charges to the guest for the damages.
Please adhere to safety guidelines posted on-site.

Local Wildlife: Being nestled in the foothills, occasional wildlife sightings are normal. Please respect the natural environment and keep a safe distance from any animals. Do Not feed any wild animals.

Deer Sightseeing: You might get a chance to see a deer in the early morning around the property, such a peaceful sight to start the day!

Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be mindful of the noise levels to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.

Maximum occupancy = 10 guests, including daytime visitors. Exceeding this limit will result in a $200 fine per guest and may lead to cancellation without refund. This rule helps us maintain safety, comply with local guidelines, and protect the home.
