The Space:

Welcome to Harlington, an exquisitely renovated three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom brownstone in the heart of South Harlem. Blending classic charm with modern luxury, this 3,300 square-foot home features wide-plank oak floors, split AC units, and a fully updated interior. The parlor level boasts an open living and dining area filled with natural light from east and west exposures, leading to a stylish kitchen with quartz countertops, a subway tile backsplash, and a nearly 10-foot island perfect for gatherings.





The primary suite on the second floor offers a custom walk-through closet and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with radiant floors and a rainfall shower. Two additional bedrooms, a versatile bonus room with a wet bar, and a private rooftop terrace complete the upper levels. The home also includes a small private backyard with no outdoor furniture, offering a simple outdoor space for fresh air. Nestled on a tree-lined block near Morningside Park, this residence offers easy access to subway lines, Columbia University, and top dining and shopping in South Harlem.



The Neighborhood:

South Harlem is a vibrant neighborhood located in the northern section of Manhattan. Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
