The Space:

Welcome to Forte Select XXV, the epitome of luxury living in Midtown West. This stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment features a spacious living area, 9' ceilings, and expansive windows that provide natural daylight and New York City views. The apartment boasts an access to a private terrace with outdoor seating, high-end finishes throughout, and three spacious bedrooms with ample storage spaces, one of which includes an en-suite bathroom. The modern kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and marble countertops.



Additionally, the building boasts a 24-hour concierge, health club, spa, tenant lounge, and more. Forte Select residents enjoy access to the prestigious Mercedes Club, featuring over 80,000 sq ft of amenities like pools, courts, spas, fitness classes, and outdoor lounges.

The Neighborhood:

Busy Midtown West pulses with life, and crowds, especially in Times Square and Rockefeller Center. This is the frenetic hub for high-profile Broadway performances, big-name shows at Radio City Music Hall and high-caliber exhibits at the Museum of Modern Art. Towering hotels and office buildings soar above. Nearby in Hell's Kitchen, international eateries, Irish pubs and gay bars cater to locals and out-of-towners.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets allowed for an additional fee. Pets have to be registered with the building.



This property requires a $250 security deposit for each pet, along with Rove's non-refundable $350 pet fee. The security deposit can be paid at the building's front desk upon check-in, and will be refunded at check-out. A maximum of two pets is allowed per stay.



Access to the Mercedes Club requires a minimum 3-month membership at $500/month + tax paid directly to the club.



Proof of lease and an appointment with the Mercedes Club are required to activate membership.

Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Pets have to be registered with the building. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.







Security deposit



Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent



All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
