We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the area was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We had a great stay at this property. My whole family (4 adult kids and significant others plus me) stayed for the week. The house was perfect for us and had great access to the beach. We had plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen and linens. Highly recommend this home.

We loved the house. It was perfect for our small group of friends with multiple couples and the house was well stocked, better than advertised and 3 houses down from the beach access! We hope to be able to return to this house!

Very Clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen fully furnished with what we needed. The beach buggy helped us get the chairs that were there to the beach which was just a very short walk across the street. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, perfectly located with beach access right across the street and stocked with every amenity you need. Also, Matthew was a great host - very responsive, making the entire experience seamless. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

We loved the Sandy Moose! It had everything that we needed for our after Christmas getaway. The location was perfect. Just a few steps from the ocean to see some of the prettiest sunsets we have ever seen! The house was fully stocked with everything that you will need. Our boys especially loved the NBA arcade game. Highly recommend this house!

Great Beach House

Our family enjoyed our time in Oak Island. The place was clean and we were close to a beach access. The kitchen was well stocked. The owner responded quickly to my questions. I would recommend staying here.

Our stay at this beach house was disappointing, especially considering the price. The property was not as clean as expected. There was visible dust on the curtains downstairs, and the curtains upstairs were dirty. There were tons of ants throughout the yard and bugs were a constant issue in the downstairs bathroom. The pictures online were also deceiving, as they did not accurately reflect the condition of the property. It looked newly remodeled, and that was not the case.The home showed several signs of water damage, including stains on the downstairs bedroom ceiling and a hallway wall that was warped from moisture. These maintenance issues made the house feel neglected. We’ve rented many beach houses over the years, and we’ve stayed in much nicer properties for less money. Unfortunately, this home did not provide the value or quality we expected, and we would not choose to stay here again. Far from a “5-star stay.”

Great stay, close to the beach, CLEAN HOME

My family and I spent a week here and had a great time. There was plenty of kitchen equipment, spices, and some coffee/tea/pantry staples available. The garage area had lots of chairs and beach toys. TVs had a guest-set Roku situation and the main living area was very comfortable. 2 minute walk to the beach made things with our 6 year old easy! We could easily come back for bathrooms and lunch. The outdoor shower had hot water too making beach clean up easy and comfortable. Price was great and the house was immaculately cleaned. 10/10 would recommend

Great week

The house was just what we needed for 5 adults and two kids. The beach access is just across the street from the house which makes for an easy trip. The house came well stocked with many of the daily items you need like foil, detergent and things like that. The way the house is split up it is like two separate living areas which makes the house feel far bigger than it is. Over all I would recommend this house.
