The Space:
Step outside into our fenced backyard, where you'll find a fire pit and grill waiting for your next BBQ or evening hangout under the stars. It’s the perfect space to relax, have fun, or just enjoy the fresh air in a peaceful setting.
Inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and comfy living room, a welcoming spot to lounge after a day of exploring. Our dining area is great for meals together, and the fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking up your favorites. We’ve also included a washer and dryer for your convenience, especially handy for longer stays or beach days!
Hardwick Haven comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests with three cozy bedrooms:

Refund Policy
A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.
General Guidelines
●Pets: A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

The house was as expected. The inside was updated and modernized. The fenced in back yard was convenient and the surrounding neighborhood was nice. It was centrally located for easy access to and from the property.

Pet friendly space the description online is missing one bedroom during our day. We had several issues that were eventually resolved to include the dryer not working the dishwasher not working and the stove not working requiring three separate visits from a vendor. The chairs in the backyard were broken and beer, cans and cigarette butts were in the backyard. The trash removal process was very confusing, and there were no items such as brooms or maps to clean the area as we stayed for a month so we purchased our own. The tea kettle was corroded as well as the toaster so we purchased our own. The sheets had stains in the pillows, were flat and dirty with they were replaced in a timely manner. The towels were minimal and falling apart. The carpets were not tapped down, causing a fall hazard. I asked for some credit back to my account, but never heard back from the manager for the inconveniences that we had.

We apologize the listing did not reflect the bedroom availability during your stay — we will review and correct the listing if needed. The appliance failures and multiple vendor visits were unacceptable; while those were eventually addressed, we regret the disruption. The condition of the backyard, broken chairs, and litter are not up to our standards and we will address this with our cleaning and maintenance teams immediately.
You should have had basic cleaning tools and working small appliances for a month-long stay; we’ll replenish those items and replace corroded kettle and toaster. We’re also reviewing our linens, towels, and the carpet safety issue so these are repaired or replaced and added to our housekeeping checklist. Finally, we apologize you did not receive a response about a credit request — we will investigate why and follow up through Vrbo messaging.
We appreciate your report and will use it to improve the property for future guests.
