This home is pet-friendly for dogs only (max 2) with prior approval.
A $200 pet fee applies
No cats allowed
Pets must stay off all furniture and beds
All pet waste must be picked up (a $50 fee applies if waste is left in the yard)

Unattended pets must be crated

Unauthorized animals will result in additional fees

A signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation and will be sent after booking. Please note that failure to return the signed agreement may result in cancellation of your stay. Depending on your booking platform, a government-issued ID and copy of your credit card may also be required for verification after booking.

Rules:
No parties or events allowed without prior approval.
Smoking indoors is prohibited ($500 remediation fee applies).

Additional Fees:
$50–$200 for late check-outs or early arrivals (based on number of hours)
