Enjoyable stay

Property was very clean, easy checkin and out. Property was as described, only minor negative was the lack of silverware, dishes and traditional coffee pot and holes under the fence if you bring a dog, wasn’t a issue for us as we did not leave her unattended outside. Updated property and furniture with plentiful seating

Spacious and comfortable

Spent 3 weeks at this house in March 2025. The house is very spacious and is exactly as it appears in photos. The house is located in a very quiet neighorhood but is close to shopping and restaurants. Flagler Beach is a short drive away. Communication with owner was great and he was quick to reply to any request. Great getaway

Price is very good for what you get! 4 bedroom plus office with futon. Clean. Spacious. Private yard. Nice appliances, huge TV. Could use more dinnerware, utensils and drinkware, towels. Grill is charcoal and small. No outdoor furniture. Owner was super helpful with lock problems several times. Very responsive!

Christmas getaway.

We love coming up here we come up to ride our bicycles or mountain bikes. Everything was great I did have a fall bicycling and had to visit a local hospital which was super very nice Advent hospital. Your house is very lovely and we did clean the floors and wash the sheets before we left so I hope you don't have much to clean up we loved your place thank you very much

Needed a place to sleep and shower while visiting family nearby. This was overkill as it was super nice. Large spacious kitchen and living area. Will stay here again!!

Great home, VERY comfortable

This home is very nice, large enough for families but also cozy for just two. It does have a fenced backyard which was nice for our pup, although the gap below the gate might allow the smaller pups to wiggle out. The host was very responsive to our questions and requests, thanks!

Confortable stay

We stayed for biketoberfest 2024. Home waa very clean and easily accessable. Location was in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Driveway was longer than usual which was nice. The garage was available for use and was large enough to accomidate the motorcycles. Nice backyard. All the extras available for this home was much appreciated! Communication waa excellent with owner!!

Work for us.

We brought a disabled Vet to Daytona for the race weekend. His brother came with him as his caretaker, so the 4 bedrooms worked great. Location and amenities of the house was great for our group! House is super nice also!

Nice Big Home in the Suburbs

Overall the wife and I had a very nice time.We stayed for 6-weeks and our Kids and grandchildren joined us for a week.Good: Master bedroom bed was very comfortable, the furniture and the TV in the living room was very nice, Kitchen was large and also very nice and a fenced in yard.Could use some improvements: Carpets in bedrooms either need to be replaced or removed, minor smells. Fenced in yard has a couple of locations that small dogs can get through (we just put a board up that we found in garage). Other beds are not very comfortable and should be replaced. NO local channels on TV's but there were plenty of available streaming channels on all TV,s except in one bedroom.

1 week visit to local area for vacation

Property was well maintained and clean. Overall equipped well and we had all the basic amenities we needed. When we arrived we had a minor electronics issue but owner responded within minutes and helped solve the problem within a couple of hours. Also owner was very responsive to questions. Recommend this a good house and close to all Palm Coast and Flagler Beach have to offer.

Wonderful host, beautiful home!

The house was clean and ready for us when we got there! The house was spacious and we certainly did not feel crammed in with 7 adults and an infant. The second refrigerator was a savior since we had family bring us food and goods to go home with. About the host, I reached out to him to make sure we weren’t going to get cancelled like another host did to us, to ensure our last Christmas with my parents were secured. He was quick to reply and secured the dates. Thank you again Daniel!

The inside of the house is awesome, with updated refrigerator and living room. I would’ve liked to have more for the kitchen essentials. Needed more plates, silverware, pots and pans and sheet pans there weren’t any. Traveling on vacation you obviously don’t carry those items nor want to purchase them. We went out and bought paper goods. You’re on vacation you don’t want to have to do dishes everyday. Having a 5 bedroom house definitely need to invest in more of those items. Other than that everything was good!

Nice Vacation Home

This place is a great place to stay while in Florida.The house was very clean and spacious.There were a few minor things that is helpful to know, The Main TV is streaming only so I couldn't watch broadcast TV. There's no remote for the TV so you had to push the buttons under it to put it on and change the volume. We couldn't get any TV's in the bedrooms to work. The Futon in the bedroom/office had loose legs so I had to tighten them before we could use it. There was a broken post on a headboard that kept moving, The previous people left food in the cabinet. The shower head in the Master Bedroom didn't have a lot of pressure so it was a mild shower. I didn't have the e-mail and couldn't remember the checkout procedure with the linens so it would have been nice to have a checkout list posted somewhere. Also I didn't know when the garbage went out or if there were recycling laws. Overall the place is an excellent place to stay and I would highly recommend it and stay there again.
