All the things to do outside was awesome. We played bean bags, pickleball and Basketball. The hot tub was wonderful and relaxing! So much fun! Would recommend.

The house was absolutely gorgeous!!!We were a group of six with our ages ranging from 18 to 68 and the house was perfect for us. The younger members had the whole downstairs to themselves to stay up late and play games and pinball. The older members could all go to sleep upstairs and it was completely soundproof. The backyard was fantastic and had tons of outdoor games. We just wish we were at the house more to enjoy everything. It was a wonderful trip. The check-in and out was very easy and the house was spotless. Thank you for sharing your house!

We had grandparents, parents, teens and children under four. Plenty of room and fun for all ages. They loved the outside activities and the game room. The kitchen had everything needed. We would stay here every time. So clean and the host thought of everything we might need. Close to downtown and shopping! Thank you!

We had a great time at this gem of a VRBO. The house was very well-organized, everything was labeled so you knew where to find things and the house had all the amenities you would need. We especially enjoyed the backyard space. The patio was a wonderful oasis to enjoy morning coffee, a glass of wine in the evening, or relaxing while playing one of the many outdoor activities set up to enjoy at the house. The location was great. Tennyson Street had lots of great restaurants and was 5-10 min away and downtown Denver and great hiking trails by Red Rocks were all within a 15-20 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was nice for the location in relation to Denver and surrounding attractions but not the greatest area. Can’t walk to anything from here. House was run down but spacious with 4 bedrooms. Outside was nice with pickle ball court but a little overrun with weeds and bushes. Have stayed in a few VRBO and thought this was overpriced for what we got.

Our family was in Denver for spring break. This property offered the perfect location to access all things Denver. It was well stocked, nicely decorated and very cozy. The kids loved the pickleball court and basketball goal. Win-win all around. We would highly recommend!
