This home is within driving distance from Roosevelt Gardens Park, Esplanade Park, Historic Stranahan House Museum, Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale, and Colee Hammock Park. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is 16 mins drive away from this house. A booming nightlife pulses through Downtown Fort Lauderdale, with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, and galleries to explore.

A modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, the place is spacious and comfortable for large groups of friends, business travelers, and families. Whether you are coming into Fort Lauderdale to experience the city, visit relatives, attend a conference, or see an event, I hope it serves as an enjoyable place to stay.

After a fun day of adventure outside, return home and unwind in our spacious and bright living area or indulge in your favorite movies on the 85" Smart TV. Aside from a wide selection of beautiful neighborhoods and dining or cafes to choose from, our large kitchen has quartz countertops and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. It has everything you need for those nights when you want to stay in and cook.

The 1st bedroom has a queen-sized with an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has a 2 single-beds. All beds are equipped with luxury bedding and provide you with the relaxation you need.

I have full sets of sheets and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, 2 driveway parking spaces, and free street parking are all provided during your stay!
