Recently renovated and freshly painted 1600 sqft single family home. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom has a king size bed and third room has a queen size bed. Updated Kitchen, backyard is privately fenced equipped with gas grill & table. Complimentary onsite parking for 2 cars. Other amenities include WIFI, Roku TV, & Youtube TV. Just 3 miles to the airport, everglades cruise port, Las Olas, Downtown, & 4 miles to the beach. Min age 25. *NO SMOKING*

The Space:
The entire home is one floor making it very easy to get around. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, two night stands, closet, dresser, iron, ironing board and hangers as well as its own bathroom, and access to the back yard. The second bedroom has a king size bed, TV, two night stands, closet, hangers as well as access to the backyard. Third bedroom has queen bed, TV, and two night stands. Bathroom are stocked with hand soap, hand towels, toilet paper, and plunger. Fresh linens & towels are provided as well as paper towels, and a first aid kit. Living room has a pull out sofa, two chairs, 60 inch flat screen TV with subscriptions to VUE TV, amazon prime, and Netflix. Kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, stove top, oven, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, toaster, and coffee maker. Private backyard includes a gas grill outdoor dining table and chairs, and smokers pole. Washer, dryer are located near the kitchen.

Guest Access:
The entire home is yours to use besides thee owners closet.

The Neighborhood:
River Oaks is an up and coming neighborhood with a convenient location for the airport, cruise port, beaches, downtown, restaurants, and shopping. Located between US1 and i95 gives this location easy access to major highways with access to places such as downtown Miami (20 miles), Boca Raton (20 Miles), and various other locations.

Getting Around:
If you don't have a car I would suggest taking an uber or a lyft where ever you need to go.

Other Things to Note:
Thank you so much for considering my home! Once the booking is accepted can you please confirm and provide the following:
-Estimated time of Arrival and Departure
-The full names of each guest and upload each guest's ID to the platform so we can register them.
-Please be aware that every guest staying at the home must be over the age of 25 unless they are being accompanied by a parent.
-Animals are subject to approval and an additional pet fee please confirm the type animal and breed prior to booking so I can register them. Any unregistered animals will be subjected to a $750 non compliance fee and possible cancellation of reservation with no refund.
-If you are bringing a service animal please notify me at the time of booking so I can register them. If you are traveling with a service animal you acknowledge the animal will not be left alone in my home.
