Thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the updated condo, central Orange Beach location, balcony, pools, and complimentary beach chair service. We do want to clarify a couple of the starter-supply items for future guests. A detailed list of what is provided—including paper products, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and other starter amenities—is included in the digital guestbook and in the pre-arrival information sent by our Property Care team so guests can plan accordingly for longer stays. We also intentionally do not leave opened or unsealed food items such as salt, pepper, coffee, oils, or condiments between guests. While those extras can be convenient, we can’t verify how they were handled by a previous guest, and they can also create sanitation and pest concerns in a vacation rental. We appreciate your feedback regarding the hand soap and will share that with our team.
