Needs major deep clean. Would like to have known they had some maintenance going on. Not that interfered with our stay. Sink in guest bathroom slow to drain. Could have used more toilet paper, had to go purchase extra. Couxh was not comfortable at all and had quite a few stains. Overall 3 stars.

Recommend the carpet in living room be removed - it is very dirty or needs to be cleaned beyond vacuuming on a regular basis.Day one the toilet was not flushing. Called every day during our stay to report and despite speaking with a representative it was never repaired. I emailed and received a response that this was not usual for LiquidLife. Again no one ever came to fix it.I received an email from LiquidLife following check out to give feedback from my stay. I provided this information and concluded that depending on their response would impact my review- well - still waiting on a response.I love the Escapes The Shores and have stayed there on other occasions but never with LiquidLife. I have had to report something before and it was immediately addressed.I would return to Escapes The Shores but will never reserve a stay managed by LiquidLife again!

I have escalated your concerns to leadership so they can follow up with you. We have a deep clean scheduled soon where we will be able to address the carpet. A member of our maintenance team did go out to look at the toilet after your departure, but we were not able to recreate the problem. We understand why this experience would leave a sour taste in your mouth, but we hope in the future you will give us another chance to host your stay.

This condo was good but definitely left some things to be desired. My biggest complaint is they seemed to be halfway thru a repair to the baseboards and the wall. There were many pieces of missing wood along the wall and doorways and large areas that were mudded but not yet repainted. I was surprised they considered it ready for guests in that condition. Bedsides that, the place was very clean but pretty simple. (Missing some things that other condos often have: a few board games, a step stool for the unusually high/deep bathroom counters, adequate hooks in the bathroom, a clock/sound machine in the bedrooms). Overall it was good. Beds were comfy and clean. FYI the back bedroom does not have a window (I missed that in the photos). Balcony view was lovely. Property is nice and the pools were clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. Parking was easy (after getting the 50 pass). Location was convenient to many things in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Would stay at this building again but perhaps not this particular condo.

Gulf coast escape

Great vacation to the beach. Beautiful white sandy beach. Tons of shops and restaurants within a few miles. During the winter, it was nice to have the sauna, hot tub, and indoor pool. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This property is fantastic, location is great and this condo was super nice for two adult couples. We were a little bummed there was no beach gear, like we’ve had at the other places we’ve stayed but overall, we loved this place!

Great place for family vacation

Beautiful views and easy access to enjoy beach and pool. My husband was so excited to not have to mess with a beach wagon this year. Beds were amazing. Only complaint was master bedroom was warm at night and other bedroom was a bit chilly. We will be back and hope to stay again next year!!
