Repeat stay at this cute beach cottage in great location, steps from water and Marine Ave for shops and restaurants. What we love is the nice roomy front porch for people watching and views of boats and water. We again enjoyed are stay! Highly recommend!

Family Weekend

This cottage was exactly as advertised - Clean, well equipped/furnished and well located. Everything about it was comfortable, cozy and available. Very nice gift basket and note awaited us! Plus, starter supplies of coffee, water and laundry soap. Our host Kimberly was very prompt with any/all questions, etc. Recommend very highly, and hope to return soon!

This house was a perfect stay! Everything was near by from restaurants, bars, market and the marina only 5 min walk. The house also had everything you need inside like in your home. The host was great she immediately responded when needed. Loved it! The stay here was perfect!

Wonderful Stay

The location is ideal! Cutest little town to walk around in. We stayed on first floor. Spacious and very clean. Every possible item you could possibly need or want is stocked. Had upstairs neighbors a few nights. They were quiet but you could hear them walking around. Next time we might stay on the top floor to avoid footsteps and walkers staring in our windows. Had a couple minor issues and the owner was very attentive and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here.

Enjoyed our 3 nights in the Diamond Cottage. Owner was very responsive, unit was clean and well stocked. Location was great to walk to the downtown area of the island, with lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Family stay between Christmas and New Years. Very quiet time on the Island, but still beautiful and serene. Well appointed cottage, and the only knock was trying to balance the 1 bath with Teenagers. But still fantastic, and kudos to Management Staff.

Balboa weekend getaway

We all loved staying in this beach cottage! Perfect location
so close to Bay Front Beach and the boardwalk. So many thoughtful amenities made our stay so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave! Very clean and excellent communication from the owner. Would love to stay here again!

Fantastic property on Balboa Island

This property exceeded all of our expectations. The location is perfect- right in the middle of the island with a lovely front porch to watch the world go by- and it has everything you need for a fun Balboa vacation. So many thoughtful details and amenities- plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. The kitchen is very well stocked with equipment (keurig, reg coffee maker, french press, blender, PLENTY of plates, serving dishes, bowls, glasses, placemats, the list goes on and on....truly this kitchen has everything you need for any meal!). The place is so organized and clean- everything is easy to find and very thoughtfully laid out. Luggage racks, trash cans, night stands, so many towels- its all so organized and thoughtfully put together. The beds are extremely comfortable. The garage is spacious and ready for your car and also has a great washer and dryer. The owner was extremely responsive and left us just the nicest welcome package. My entire family is calling this a 10/10. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect Balboa reprieve

This vacation stay was wonderful! The property was a perfect reprieve after a couple of long Disney days. The host was very quick to reply to any questions. The welcome basket was thoughtful and practical for our stay. Highly recommend this property. Only downside was not staying longer.

Home away from Home

Everything you need already at your fingertips. Well appointed kitchen to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Great location literally, just steps from the walkway along the water. The main street of the island is walk able from the cottage for shopping and restaurants. Very quiet neighbourhood. The owner Kimberly is easily accessible and very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.
