Es ist ideal für Paare oder Familien (mit Kindern jeden Alters). Ein Strandhaus auf jeden Fall! 1/2 Block zu allen Geschäften, Restaurants und Wasser ist 1 Block in beide Richtungen.
Diese Wohnung befindet sich auf Straßenhöhe und verfügt über eine wundervolle vordere Terrasse, auf der Sie auf einem unserer Adirondack-Stühle grillen und entspannen können. Treten Sie durch die holländische Haustür ein und Sie haben ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer haben Deckenventilatoren. Dies ist ein 3 Schlafzimmer und 1 sehr großes Bad mit einer großen Dusche und zwei Waschbecken. Es verfügt über eine Pantryküche, einen Frühstücksraum und ein Wohnzimmer. Beinhaltet eine Garage für 1 Auto. Die Garage wird mit dem Vermieter im Obergeschoss geteilt. Jede Miete hat 1 Platz in der Garage. Sehr hell und hell ein perfekter Ort, um alles auf der Insel zu erreichen! Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich in der Garage und können mit dem Gerät im Obergeschoss geteilt werden. Unsere Einheit bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. 2 Queensize-Betten, ein Queensize-Schlafsofa aus Memory Foam im Wohnzimmer und ein Zweibettzimmer mit einem Doppelbett darunter. Perfect getaway!

What an awesome place to stay on Balboa Island! This house was perfect for our family. We had a variety of ages and it was the perfect fit! So close to downtown and the water. Highly recommend… the house was stocked with everything we needed which made it feel like home!

Perfect family getaway house!

Very walkable to everything you will need on Balboa Island. The home is one block in from the cutest main shopping street, which has restaurants, coffee shops, clothing stores and a supermarket. The host has put together a fantastic booklet of recommendations and information about the island as well as the area outside of the island. The home is clean and cozy, and we liked all of the natural light it gets. The front outdoor porch area has a large table and grill, and the living room was spacious and comfortable plus included a shelf with many games & books. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We would highly recommend this home for a great family stay on Balboa Island!

Best Beach Cottage on Balboa!

My girlfriends and I stayed at this adorable home and had the best time. It was our second time staying here and the location is perfect. The home is darling and very clean. Lori, the owner, is so sweet and great to work with. It is minutes to the Balboa's main strip where the shops and restaurants are. We are definitely returning and can't wait to sit on the porch and enjoy our time. I highly recommend!

Wonderful Get Away

Lori was an amazing host who has made her lovely rental warm, comfortable, and inviting. She took extra care in making sure we had everything we needed for a much needed girls weekend! From providing coffee and a delightful treat to making sure we had information on all the best things to do on the island and beyond, Lori went above and beyond to make our trip special. Great House, Fantastic Location, Perfect Place to Stay!!

We recently stayed in the lower unit and we could not have been happier. Everything was done to ensure that our stay was a memorable one! The house is very nicely appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is fantastic. It is less than a minute walk to downtown and all of its charms. Lori was a great host. Her only concern was for our enjoyment of the house and our vacation. Thank you again, we really enjoyed staying there and look forward to staying there again!

Great all around

First, location is great. 1 block to shops and restaurants and about 7 blocks to ferry that takes you to Newport Beach. The bay is 2 blocks to each side. Next, the house is great. Able to seat 11 people on fhe deck for dinner with a grill. Beds are super comfy and large, well stocked bathroom. Beach towels provided along with boogie boards!! The living room is right off the front door with 2 couches and 4 chairs. Perfect for family game night or movie night. Can’t say enough good things! Hated to leave but will be back.

Lovely Place to Stay

The house is so nice and very comfortable. The beds are quite comfortable as well. This was a four girl weekend and there was plenty of room and the bathroom is quite large. We had fun hanging out on the front porch, playing board games (many in the house to choose from). Walking around the island is a must as is shopping in the great boutique stores on Marine Ave. We never left the island except one night to walk to Bayside Restaurant for dinner. Lori the host was fabulous and friendly and great at communication before and during our stay. I would definitely rent this home again.

Darling!

This house is adorable! The owner, Lori, is communicative, welcoming and thoughtful. We arrived to a delicious pound cake loaf on the kitchen table. The beds are comfortable and sheets soft and lovely. The kitchen is well stocked. The patio was perfect for lounging and dinners. This house is close to everything. We rented bikes and took a Duffy boat cruise and never used our car. Would highly recommend this rental.
