The Space:

- Professionally designed by Whit & Whims Interiors. This home is a gorgeous modern entertaining hub. The open concept giant kitchen and living room are perfect for everyone to gather for a meal, play board games, or unwind to a movie. The natural light from the ceiling skylight keeps the space feeling bright in the San Diego sun.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, and utensils needed for a home-cooked meal. A Ninja blender, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, and drip coffee machine are also available.
- The living room smart TV is set up with all the major streaming channels including Netflix, Disney +, HBO Max, and Hulu. Note there is no standard cable.
- The backyard is canopied by a giant tree that provides shade and acts as an amazing backdrop for relaxing on a sunny day. The covered back patio is furnished with ultra-comfy outdoor seating around our gas fire pit. The patio is completed with a BBQ under our mature lemon tree. Feel free to pick some fresh lemons!
- Large ensuite primary bathroom with double vanity and full-size washer and dryer
Guest Access:
This is a duplex and your unit is Unit B, which is on the rear of the property. Don't let the word deter you, because this truly acts and feels like an entirely separate home. Your house and backyard are private. The only shared space is the front gate leading into the property. Your entrance to the home is entirely separate and private, though you may run into the front house guests when entering/exiting the front wooden gate. The houses are adjoined by the wall in the living room with the fireplace (their living room is on the other side of the wall where the fireplace is).
The driveway is a 2 car driveway that is reserved entirely for your unit. Additional free parking is available on the street.

Getting Around:
I recommend Ubering to most tourist destinations, such as the beach, as parking can be very difficult.
Other Things to Note:
I can RARELY accommodate early check-ins. The previous guest checks out at 11 AM and my cleaning team needs the time to prep the place and make it spotless for your arrival. Please keep this in mind when planning your trip.
Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
