Bungalow Tranquilo - Family Comfort

Tranquilo, our Costa Rica Family Vacations Bungalow is perfect for a family traveling to Santa Teresa, Costa Rica together. It sleeps up to 5 persons comfortably with 1 Queen bed, 1 Full-sized bed with a twin bunk. So, for families who are needing to all be in one bungalow this is perfect.

Keep in mind, we can rent more than one bungalow if Mom and Dad want their own space and the children are old enough to be alone, of course. We have an assortment of options.

The bungalow is not just for families. It is perfect for friends, as well.
You will be perfectly situated to wake up before dawn, grab a cup of coffee from the kitchen and escape to the beach at sunrise. The sun will be peeking through the large almond and palm trees that are overhead gently illuminating your path to the beautiful shores of Playa Santa Teresa.

The bathroom is situated a bit differently due to it being configured for accessible. The toilet and unobscured shower (for wheelchair access if needed) are separate from the decorative stone sink which is within the sleeping area.

The private balcony has a pair of beautifully crafted teak chairs. Perfect for relaxing and overlooking the pools and garden where a variety of tropical birds zip past and an occasional beach dog will be spotted laying on the cool kitchen tile after watching their owner surf.

If you are a surfer you are less than a minute walk to some of the best surfing Costa Rica has to offer. Blue Surf Sanctuary has an upscale surf school located on property and just steps from the beach with experiences instructors available to teach all levels. We have the latest new equipment for teaching the 2022 season, bring your own board or rent one we will provide local insight to some of the best surfing in the world.

If you prefer to keep all activities on land, we can help arrange yoga, massage, ATV excursions, horseback riding or the most amazing dining experiences.
