The Space:

This Mammoth Lakes condo is in a great area. It is a quick 5-minute drive to the Eagle Lodge, the Eagle Express Chairlift, and Snowcreek Golf Course. Whatever activities the day brings you, you will be able to relax and recoup in this vacation rental home.



The kitchen is fully equipped with several appliances to help you prepare delicious meals.



Light a fire and get cozy on the surrounding plush seats. The family will love gathering around the 42" flat screen television with a theatre system (VCR, DVD, CD player). High speed internet is also offered for your enjoyment. You can access the balcony from this room. Step outside for a breath of fresh air and take in the views.



The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Queen-sized bed and sitting area. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo on the main floor. Go upstairs to the loft to find more sleeping options. The loft is great for housing the kids. This room has 4 Twin-sized beds and an attached full bathroom.



There are 2 outdoor parking spaces, 3 laundry rooms, 3 spas, and saunas. The swimming pool with a BBQ area is only open during the summer. The free Green Line shuttle stops by the complex during winter and travels to the Eagle Lodge and the Village.



Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
