Welcome to perfection, at The Charm of Cherry Grove.  Our magnificent 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom stilt beach house awaits your family today!  We are perfectly situated two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, in the heart of North Myrtle Beach.  

This pet friendly beach house boasts an open floorplan, and a fully equipped kitchen, with all appliances, and amenities our guests expect.  Each of the three bedrooms have access to its own bathroom, as well as ceiling fans.  The exterior fence and back deck are both newly remodeled, and the house also has an outdoor shower.  There's ample parking and you can even rent a golf cart to get around and explore the area - our team would be happy to provide rental recommendations.

The Charm of Cherry Grove is perfectly located relative to all of the finest dining, shopping, shows, and other attractions which makes the Grand Strand world famous.  You are a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach.

We loved this property! It was big enough for the 7 adults that stayed there. The property was just as described. The walk to the beach was direct and quick! I would definitely stay here again!

Overall it worked for us as we find it difficult to rent places that allow a dog over 25lbs. I was told I would receive the check in information on Friday afternoon. We still didn’t have it on Saturday when we were about 3 hours from the 4pm check in time. When I called the message said they were closed and that it was Christmas vacations for staff. I did panic a bit, VRBO was able to get ahold of someone and then the code was sent. The house is clean to sight, but don’t look to closely. It really needs a thorough cleaning. I understand it’s a beach house, but finding used body soap bar in one shower, and the amount of dirt and dust on the railing of the mattress in the master was bad. We never went downstairs to that room, it was just the two of us. The master bathroom toilet was leaking in front of the bowl which is probably the wax seal has cracked. The ice maker is not working and when I looked at the area where the ice comes out you could see mold. As I said, this place needs a thorough cleaning, the baseboards are awful. If you are planning to use the fenced in yard for your dog, bring booties for them. This is the beach and the burrs in the yard are bad. This property is listed for sale, so maybe that is why the cleaning has been a bit lax. The location to beach is great, and there are a bunch of shops and places to eat close by.

Check-in was very easy. Location was great! Could walk to beach and pier. Upon arrival the grass had not been cut and the weeds were very high, but they did come and cut on the 2nd day of our stay. The delay in cutting was due to the rain prior to our arrival. The only other thing I was surprised to learn was that the 3rd bedroom is on the lower level and can only be accessed from the outside. So when we wanted to go to the living room or kitchen we'd have to walk outside and up the stairs. Other than that it was an excellent stay!!

We recently stayed at this beach rental and found it to be very clean, up-to-date, and fresh. The interior was well-maintained, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, receiving positive comments from several guests. The kitchen was a highlight, clean, modern, fully functional, and even included a convenient wine cooler. The spacious dining table easily accommodated our group.One unique aspect to note is the queen bedroom on the lower level, which has a separate outside entrance. While this offers privacy, the provided mini-fridge in the room was a thoughtful touch that added convenience.The fenced-in area was a plus for our pets, but be aware of sand spurs in the grassy areas. We recommend foot protection for children and pets when using this space as they are very painful. Our dog's feet had to be checked after each visit outside. The covered porch was a nice amenity, though the furniture cushions could use a cleaning. Also, potential renters should be aware that a somewhat busy road runs alongside the porch, leading to some road noise.The location was excellent, offering a convenient 10-minute walk to the beach and walking distance to stores and a gas station. The neighborhood itself was quiet and peaceful, with other similar houses nearby.Overall, we were happy with our stay and would recommend this rental, with the minor considerations mentioned above.
