Sie können an Ihrer Bräune arbeiten oder in den Rockern und auf der Schaukel entspannen! Hungrig oder durstig? Gönnen Sie sich einen Drink in Ihrer ganz privaten TIKI-BAR und machen Sie unseren GUSSEISEN-GRILL zu einem echten Cheeseburger im Paradies! Egal, ob Sie morgens eine ruhige Tasse Kaffee auf der Schaukel genießen, nachmittags kochen oder einen kalten Cocktail am Pool genießen möchten, die Kulisse ist einfach wunderbar!

Das Haus - Unser Strandhaus mit vier Schlafzimmern am Wasser verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss (1 Kingsize-Bett, 1 Queensize-Bett) und zwei im Erdgeschoss (4 Twin-in-2-Etagenbetten, 1 Queensize-Bett) für insgesamt 10 Personen. Das Haus Fliesenböden und auch neue Holzböden sowie mehrere Außenbereiche wie das Pooldeck und überdachte Veranden. Beide Stockwerke haben eine eigene, modernisierte Küche und ein Wohnzimmer, was eine angenehme Annehmlichkeit darstellt und mehr Möglichkeiten während Ihres Aufenthalts bietet. Außentreppen verbinden die beiden und beide bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf den Kanal und die Salzwiese. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Fernseher und Deckenventilatoren, und die Badezimmer haben Haartrockner für Ihren zusätzlichen Komfort.

We enjoyed our stay at the propertty for a long weekend, but it is in need of some updating and repairs. Gaping hole in the upstairs entrance door allows bugs to enter. A few items would make it a better rental. Better toaster, more coffee cups.Tv on the Back Deck near the pool area, Iron and Iron Board and some complimetary dishwasher soap for the stay would have been nice. The Pool area was great and we did use the grill however it is was old and not cleaned. Bed matresses could be updated. Parking was good and the Home manager was very quick to reply and take care of a few things we had trouble with. Nice property but for the price we would not stay here again.

The pros: This was a great property. 2 living spaces, 2 kitchens, so much beautiful outdoor space. The upstairs master in the morning with the doors open was everything we hoped it would be. It was fully stocked, had everything we needed and was quiet. Pests were not a problem here, its clean, and pretty well kept. Abundance of parking.The cons: had some minor maintenance issues. pool deck needs some repairs, a couple of the chairs were broken, some of the doors were a bit wonky. The floors could use a proper deep clean. None of it affected our ability to use the space. We had some trouble with the keyless entry code at checkin and the host responded within minutes. Otherwise, the property name is literal. The entire back yard is deck. There is a strip of grass on either side yard. The listing shows a dock, the dock is NEXT DOOR, and not included althought there is a picture od it in the listing. Its a great property and we loved every minute of our stay.

I loved it!

My family and I had so much fun on our vacation at Decked Out! The house was clean and comfortable. I could tell that some of the pics were a bit older than what it actually looks like now but overall, close enough. Only issue were the rocks on the side of the pool, my son skinned his knee a bit while out there but he didn’t let it stop him from enjoying the pool hahah. He’s a trooper! We had fun (:

Interesting experience

Quiet neighborhood. Walking and golf is great. Due to damage from flooding of lower level, construction repairs were continuous and dusty. We had to change our Thanksgiving plans. Also, some minor repairs are required. The bed in the room on the right has a broken frame. Previous nail repair did not hold. Two doors on the kitchen cupboards have damage and missing screws. Over all we are happy with the property and location.

Nice and fun, but underwhelming for price...

Once the pool was cleaned from being green(prompt response to issue but we lost a day), we had a nice time on the deck. However, there were many things that were not well maintained: Pool coping was jagged and cracked, Upstairs toilet wobbles when you sat on it, Patio umbrella was torn and useless, Washer broke so had to hand wring clothes(repairman came but needed part)

Spectacular

I’m not sure where to start! This is a lovely, peaceful, tastefully decorated home that leaves no considerations! The layout is nice, the bedrooms have a nice size, it was clean and inviting! The pool was nice, views are awesome and the deck is amazing! So much porch sitting to do! I saw some less than favorable reviews, at which point, I stopped reading in order to assess myself. We did have to call Nathalie about adding water to the pool. It did take her a second to call us back, but be reasonable! She’s busy!! She did get back to us and had already taken care of her part. Excellent service and a great place to relax! We hope to return!

Let down

The home I originally booked was not cleansed from the previous house guests and completely not in any shape for us to stay. I’m thankful the rental property had another home that could accommodate us. That home however needs updating and new bedding as stains were very visible. For the price, this home should be updated with better utensils, bedding & furniture. It felt old and rundown. I wouldn’t personally pay to stay again. The original home listed needs to be revamped as well. It was difficult to even imagine that place even clean being suitable for families to relax and be comfortable. The deck and outdoor area is in bad shape. The pictures were misleading in my opinion. I am very grateful however that we were accomodatec and moved.

Beautiful weekend with the family.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue we had was there were no rugs leading in from the pool area to the living areas. These entries have tile floor, so it gets a little slippery. Note the large hole in the pool deck area where the trap access is, it is recessed into the brick and could cause an injury if someone doesn't see it or doesn't pay attention.

The place was amazing!!! The tiki bar and pool area was perfect for our family getaway with kids and grandkids! The beach is a couple blocks away but there was public parking available, I wouldn’t want to walk but you definitely could if you didn’t have too much to carry. But honestly we spent most of our time enjoying the pool and the patio.

Would stay again

House needed some improvements, worn furniture inside and out. However pool and bar and outside deck area very cool. The pier on the photos appeared to be on the property and it is not (it's the neighbors). Was clean and pool cleaners came frequently. Keurig/combo did not work. Did enjoy having the 2 separate units. Kitchen appeared to be stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Downstairs unit back doors were extremely hard up open. But overall would stay again.

Grandbabies 3rd Birthday

We stayed here for our Grandbabies 3rd Bday. We loved the place and location, plenty of kitchen needs. I am sure we didn’t pay attention to detail to know that the pictures weren’t accurate to the location- this place is 2 separate locations, 1st floor / 2nd floor not connected, the dock pictured is not with location, pool is not heated. But, overall enjoyable, just disappointed from what we booked from pictures and aspects verses what was accurate to location. Can say, from price and VRBO pictures and descriptions - would not book again!

Nice house but in need of much TLC!

Good location… close to the beach. Pool was nice too. However, the house itself especially the kitchen needed some upgrades. Kitchen wasn’t well equipped with even the basics, no kitchen scissors and had only 1 small cutting board and Not a single dishwashing pod was provided but expected us to wash and clean everything. Despite all that, we enjoyed the outdoors, the pool and the beach made up for it.

Fun in the sun

Our group had an excellent time! The home is in a perfect location and the view from the back deck was amazing! The home could use a little attention and if you’re a clean freak you probably wouldn’t be impressed but over all the good and the bad come together and you will enjoy your stay! They definitely don’t go above and beyond to make you comfortable but just put your happy pants on go outside and enjoy the view!

Ocean inlet view, excellent location close to it all but with nice peace and quiet. Fantastic new restaurants and shopping centers nearby, plus tons to do for families, couples and friends! Golf, nightlife, para sailing, live music, arcades and ice cream shops for the kids, and excellent dining options.
