Our home is exactly as described in our listing, with accurate photos and details about the space, including the sleeping arrangements. The vintage gas oven, which adds to the home’s character, operates safely and correctly when used as intended—just like any other natural gas appliance. As for cleanliness, we take great pride in ensuring our property is professionally cleaned before every stay. Had there been any legitimate issues, we would have gladly sent our team to address them immediately. However, your exaggerated claims, paired with the hostile tone of your review, make it clear this is less about the home and more about your frustration over not receiving a last-minute refund.
