Congratulations again to her! We do want to address the concerns you raised. Some of the items mentioned, such as the ice maker, are known issues and were disclosed to guests prior to arrival. As for the air conditioning system, it is operated via a Nest thermostat with a touch panel on the side, and we provided an in-person explanation of how to use it during check-in with your group. While we hadn’t met Gerald directly, we did meet and walk through everything with his daughter. The microwave unfortunately failed just the day before your arrival, and we did not have sufficient time to replace it before your stay. We understand that was an inconvenience and apologize for the timing. Regarding your message after checkout, we’re sorry if there was any delay or oversight in responding. We always strive to communicate clearly and promptly with our guests, and it’s never our intent to come across as unprofessional. Your feedback is appreciated and has been taken seriously.
