Inside the Apartments:

Apartment 1 (Sleeps 8): A spacious multi-level layout awaits in Apt 1! Four bedrooms (two with king beds, including a king suite with an attached bathroom, and two with twin bunk beds) comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Three full bathrooms with showers ensure everyone's comfort. The full kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and the large living room, complete with a sectional sofa, dining table, and Roku-equipped TV, is perfect for gatherings. Relax with board games, books, or a quiet moment in the cozy reading nook.
Apartment 2 (Sleeps 2): Perfect for a couple, Apt 2 features a comfortable queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a living room with a sofa, desk, and Roku TV. A dining table and newly added full stove, fridge and freezer provide added convenience.
Apartment 3 (Sleeps 2): Another great option for two guests, Apt 3 offers a cozy queen bedroom, a living room with a comfy sectional and Roku TV, and a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator and stove. Enjoy meals at the dining table and browse the bookshelf for a good read. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Rooftop Retreat & More:

Beyond the individual apartments, your group will have exclusive access to the rooftop deck. Enjoy stunning mountain views (weather permitting) while grilling on the propane grill, dining al fresco, or relaxing in the comfortable seating area. The deck is partially covered, providing shade on sunny days. A full-sized washer/dryer and an extra half-bath in the main hallway add to the convenience of your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to 3 full apartments, the laundry area and rooftop deck.

Located in Denver's blossoming Ridge at 38 cultural district in downtown Wheat Ridge, you'll be steps away from an eclectic mix of local businesses, restaurants, and shops. Enjoy the small-town feel without the drive! Plenty of dining and drinking options are within easy walking distance, and a large bicycle shop across the street caters to all your cycling needs.

Getting Around:
There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance of our apartments. The RTD stop is across the street from the apartments and of course, Uber and Lyft are available.
