This vacation home comes fully furnished, Kitchen with beautiful counter tops and stainless steel appliances, tile throughout the main living area and all bathrooms. The first floor has a bedroom with one king bed. Following there are the kitchen, dining room and living with an exquisite decoration. Beautiful screened pool area. On the second floor, you will find 6 bedrooms.
This home included a games room with an pool table to enjoy with family and friends.

It is a GREAT and beautiful house. The only issue was the ants that were on the kitchen counters. But other than that, we loved the place. Highly recommended.

Do not stay here if on vacation or are hoping for a nice place. This house needs major work and repairs. It is fine for a quick, cheap stay, but that is about it. Luckily we were just sleeping and showering here while working at Megacon. The cleaning is the bare minimum. The beds are not comfortable. Many of the furnishings need replacing. Many blinds broken, among other things. I would not go in the garage. They just throw all the broken stuff in there. This home needs a deep cleaning and renovation. The pool looks nice, but we didn't use it. The major appliances in the kitchen are the only thing nice or new in the house.

Communication before the trip was excellent and we felt confident going into our stay. We prepaid for pool heat and even confirmed the week of our arrival that it would be turned on.Unfortunately, when we arrived, the pool was cold. We reached out right away and were told it had been turned on and just needed time to warm up. The next morning, the pool technician came by and let us know the heater was actually off. After following up again, the property manager responded within an hour and confirmed that there would be no pool heat for our stay. They did refund the pool heat fee promptly.While I appreciate the quick communication and refund for the heat itself, the heated pool was the main reason we chose this property. Without it, the experience didn’t match what we booked, and it significantly impacted our trip. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Universal studios trip

The overall stay was very nice the house fit all 16 family members perfectly. The only issue we had was getting the tvs to stay connect to the WiFi the first night but it was fine the rest of the time. We will definitely being booking in the future if available.

This rental was extremely unsanitary upon arrival, with dirty floors, dust and hair throughout, debris in drawers, broken fixtures, and overflowing outdoor trash. The home was poorly maintained, including nonfunctional Wi-Fi that only began working the night before checkout. Overall, the property was not as described and was unfit for guests, and I would not recommend staying here.

Majority of the mattress pads are badly stained. One pillow case is badly stained. Fromt door knob needs to be replaced. Tub in one bedroom was not clean. Water in one tub bath runs slowly. No mop.

When First Arrived, It Was Dirt On The Floors in the inside, Mole inside Two Bathrooms inside tub and outside That Wasn’t Mentioned, 1 Tub Was clogged up every-time you turn on the water The dirt is coming up from the drain which is disgusting and disturbing, Drawers Is broken which is not shown in the picture. He Told Us to change the trash bags and barely provided any!! Didn’t Use The Pool Area. Waste Of my Money!!
