Overall it was a great stay! The property felt very secure and private. Even though it was hot we still used the balcony and enjoyed the view. Great AC and everything else was as described.

Floors were rather dirty. A bit sticky and lots of hair, like they were mopped with dirty water. Everything else was great !!

We had a wonderful stay at this Branson property! The condo was clean, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It truly felt like a home away from home. The view of the pond was beautiful and so relaxing, especially in the mornings and evenings.The property had several nice upgrades and thoughtful touches that made our stay even more comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, organized, and exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Branson!

When we arrived at the gated property entrance, we were given a map; however, they did not have anything that said, 'you are here' and the person did not circle or indicate where we were supposed to go. Something so simple would have avoided many wrong turns on our first trip in. Once we found the building number, it would be ideal to have the condo numbers somewhere on the outside of the building. There were 4 entrances to the building with no way of knowing which one correct one. We got it on the third try. The condo was just as the photos stated. We did reach out to the host to let them know about a few housekeeping items they may not have known about. They were very appreciative. Unfortunately, we ended up being in the condo more than we anticipated and discovered that the furniture is not comfortable or very useful for watching the television (couch and chair in the living room, television on the opposite side of the dining room). Also, the outdoor furniture is metal with no cushions making it uncomfortable to sit there for any length of time. All that being said, we would still stay there again if we were in the area.

This property was perfect for our small golf anniversary get-a-way. I wish we had more time to use the resort features, but we were exhausted from the golfing. The back patio offered a nice view of hole 17 and the lake.
