We would like to clarify that we were made aware of the pull-out sofa, dog hair, and the rip in the pool table felt on the day of your arrival. We offered to send someone out to address the concerns, but we were told that no one would be using the pull-out sofa during the stay and that the information was simply being shared for our awareness. We also let you know that if you changed your mind, we would be happy to send someone out. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and regret that you were disappointed with the VIP discount card.
