A Wave From It All Oceanfront Pool
Breathtaking is the only way to describe the views of the ocean unit in one of Daytona`s newest luxury buildings. Enjoy lounging or playing at the brand new pool while overlooking the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen and large bedrooms that are perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. Close to dining, drinks, shopping and entertainment. Enjoy a walk or bike ride on the beach, just step outside the building and you will have toes in the sand.
Exquisite luxury in this unit, furniture and decor, are fully stocked and ready for you to enjoy the perfect beach vacation. Walk right onto your balcony and right out to the brand new pool overlooking the ocean.
Guest will be emailed access instructions by 8pm the night of check-in. Instructions will include Lobby and Unit Code instructions. Please note, this building has limited parking that is first come, first served. During busy weeks, holidays and event weeks parking may be difficult but there are overflow lots in the area that may be accessed (also first come first served).

Damage Waiver Disclaimer:
I. AGREEMENT On behalf of Salty Dog Vacations, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $2,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property. Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $2,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities. This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement. II. EXCLUSIONS This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from: 1. Acts of God 2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear 3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250 4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property 5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal 6. Damage to a motorized vehicle 7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You. This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown. III. CONDITIONS Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner. Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value. This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property. This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property. Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars. If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial. IV. DEFINITIONS Condos unfortunately do not allow any trailer parking.We don`t charge a security deposit but instead a small damage waiver which will cover up to $2500 in damage no questions asked. Please note, damage waiver does not cover smoke in house...so please make certain you smoke whatever you smoke outside not near doors/windows. Smoke or smoke smell in unit will result in eviction and a $500 charge to card on file. Please smoke outside with all doors closed so this is not an issue as we take this very seriously. We work hard to keep the unit beautiful and it`s next to impossible to get smoke smell out of things so please respect this rule.

Great ocean views! and SO NICE
Wonderfuil communication with owner and when we had questions Krista was quick to answer. The condo had great views of the ocean and a wonderful balcony too. It has everything you could need and it was so nice to have the washer and dryer. all the rooms were so nice and comfortable and loved that they had bathrooms with each. Kitchen was stocked well for those who cooks. We would stay again for sure!

Nice Condo, Terrible Parking
Positives: location, beachfront, clean, beds comfortable, responsive, accommodated early check in Negatives: parking and listing accuracy I would stay at this condo building again but ONLy if I knew I only needed 1 car for the week AND was guaranteed an assigned garage spot. Parking is AWFUL in the lot. Often spent 15-20 min waiting for someone to leave which added undue stress to the trip. As I told the owner on the phone, I take issue with how this is glossed over in the listing. Saying parking is limited and offsite parking is available indicates there is an overflow lot that is less convenient, but available. Not the case. We were offered a parking spot at a motel they own that is 3.8 miles away, or he “thought there may be a lot across the street that is 20/day.” We booked a 4 bedroom condo with multiple families and had multiple cars. We would not have booked here had we known HOW BAD the parking is or that only one car could be accommodated. This should be listed honestly on the listing. Moral of the story, not a good option if you’ll have more than 1 car.
