Perfect Place!

We had a fantastic experience with our stay. The condo was everything we hoped for. It was very spacious and relaxing for seven adults. There were several beach chairs and beach towels, which made packing easier. Peggy and April were both excellent to work with. We will definitely stay again!

This condo was simply amazing. The views from the oversized deck were beautiful. We had eight (8) people in my party and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo was well stocked and tastefully decorated. We had no problem parking two (2) vehicles in the garage. Working with April was a pleasure. My wife and I did not want to leave. I would definitely rate this experience a "10 out of 10." We are looking forward to returning.

We had 4 teenagers and a 4 year old and 4 adults in our group. The 4 bedroom condo was perfect!! The kitchen was very well stocked with any cookware we needed. Plenty of linens and towels. The beds were very comfortable. Check in process very easy, if I had any questions throughout the stay they were answered promptly. There are several elevators to choose from. Grocery store close by. Parking garages well lit at all times. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Perfect for a large family getaway

This space was beautiful. Amazing views and huge balcony.

We comfortably fit 10 guests in this condo, which had an amazing patio and great ocean views. Place was clean and well appointed. We completely enjoyed our stay. Could use a few things in the kitchen like better knives and some more pots for cooking, but otherwise we were very happy.

Condo was amazing. Wry clean and check in process was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only hiccup was our neighbors above us had a drone that was staring at us as we watched the sunrise. Felt very much like a violation of our privacy. Other than that we would highly recommend this establishment. It was our second stay too in the same large condo.

Even Better Than We Expected

This condo is so spacious! We had 11 family members (6 adults & 5 children) and never felt the least bit crowded. The pool is heated and felt wonderful in the cool March weather. The condo, garage & pool area are secure and very safe. The balcony area is covered and super spacious as well, with 2 electric grills. Three of the four bedrooms walk right out to the balcony. The beds are super comfy, especially the king bed in the master suite. The kitchen is huge, with every pan and utensil you need. If you have any questions, the property manager is just a text away. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again! Oh
 and we got to watch two rocket launches from Cape Canaveral right from the beach behind the condo! Great vacation spot!

Perfect spot for a family vacay

This rental was perfect for our extended family. Great location, really nice amenities, and a spacious unit my kids called “5 stars” haha! The kitchen was fantastic, lots of space to cook and have multiple people fixing meals. The view was so nice, you can see the beach and the back river (where the beautiful sunset was every night) with a really nice wide patio that our crew of 9 could all relax on at the same time. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were big and clean. The beach out front had a nice mix of people from nearby condominiums, ice cream truck came by every day. Pool was clean and a good temp. Hot tub was perfect for a cooler day when it rained. We used the game room with the pool table one night and the gym daily. Parking deck had a couple of spots to put ice in our cooler and an area to clean off sand after a day at the beach. Only negatives to me: the pull out couch in the back bedroom was a little small and had a very thin mattress, even for our 6 and 8 year old. We opted for the queen blowup mattress that was provided and the kids were happy. WiFi/cell service at the gym wasn’t great, but not a big deal. Overall would 100% recommend.

The condo was very nice.

The condo was very nice. It was supplied with towels, beach toys, beach chairs , beach towels. Had several coolers. Kitchen had several spices. Plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. Plenty of extra blankets pillows etc. kitchen was well stocked. Only downfall we found was the ice maker didn’t make much ice. You got only about 15 cubes every 4-5 hours.

Perfect condo right on the beach!

We loved our stay - the condo was just perfect! The proximity to the beach was super convenient - and the beachfront pool and hot tub was a great option if the waves or sand go to be too much. Most days there was a great food truck right on the beach by the building - and every day an ice cream truck drove down the beach multiple times. The condo itself was beautiful and extremely spacious. Everything was in working order and the kitchen was well appointed. The only negative was that most of the mattresses (particularly the two queen beds) were in desperate need of being replaced. We had a great time and would gladly return!

Beautiful condo!

What a beautiful condo on a breathtaking beach! The condo had everything we could imagine that we might need for a wonderful week with our family at the beach. Everything from a crockpot to beach towels were there to make this a home away from home! Super secure and safe yet accessible and conveniently located. Great place to stay

The condo is amazing and the balconie is wonderful. It was so clean and they had everything you could think of. I seen reviews saing rules were very strict and it made me nervous having smaller kids with us. But we had no issues everyone we met waa very nice.

We discovered Oceans Vista several years ago with this unit being the first one we’ve stayed in. We’ve audition several others only to keep coming back “home”. The unit is always clean, comfortable and just feels like home to us. Reservations are already made for next year, the kids are already counting down. Thanks for staying great!
