This charming, light, and airy apartment is located right in the heart of North Conway Village, offering you the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. Just steps away from the vibrant shops, cozy cafes, and restaurants, everything the village has to offer is within easy walking distance. This is one of the oldest homes in town so please be prepared for the charming and endearing characteristics that come with beautiful, old homes like this one.

The apartment features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, providing a restful retreat. A second bedroom includes two full beds, perfect for additional guests or family members. The third bedroom is cozy and versatile, with a twin daybed and trundle, making it ideal for children or a quiet reading nook.

Parking is allowed for up to 2 cars only.

Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if cigarette butts are found in the yard.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service.
The first hour for early check-in request is complimentary (subject to availability), but any additional hours will be charged at that rate.
