The Space:

This is a dual rental consisting of 2 separate condo units in the same building, perfect for accommodating large groups! Your group vacation will be filled with quality time together, while at the same time, everyone has their own private space to retreat into. In addition to a prime location near all the best of Branson, these standout homes feature quaint and charming sunrooms that will be a sure highlight of the trip. They are a delightful addition to the homes and offer a picturesque setting where you can relax and soak up the beauty of the sweeping grounds. Equipped with plush seating, an overhead fan, and captivating views over the serene property, these breathtaking spaces are ideal for spending time with family and friends. Brookside Duo is the epitome of seamless indoor to outdoor living, and its luxurious amenities make it the perfect choice for your next weekend getaway to Branson!



As soon as you walk through the door, you'll be transported to a world of comfort and relaxation. Plush couches await in each living area, perfect for unwinding after adventure-filled days. Of course, if you're looking for entertainment, each space is equipped for movie nights with a large, smart TV and plenty of seating. Additionally, meal preparation is a breeze with the spacious kitchens that are fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials. Whether you're grabbing a quick snack at the kitchen counter or enjoying a formal dinner around the dining tables, you'll find everything you need in these superbly appointed homes. So go ahead, kick back, and make yourself at home - you may never want to leave!



When booked together, these units sleep a total of 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms (2 bedrooms in each home) and 2 sleeper sofas (1 in each unit):



- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

- Bedroom #2 has king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.

- Bedroom #3 has a king size bed and tv.

- Bedroom #4 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- 1 unit is walk-in level, the other is walk-down and requires the use of stairs (15 steps).

- A total of 4 parking spaces is available.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- The home is not pet friendly.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

- Washer and dryer in each unit.

- Each unit has 2 full bathrooms.

It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
