Indoors, each unit has its own personality and charisma offering similar yet distinct furnishings and décor. No matter which unit you’re in, however, you will find all the amenities you require for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Cozy living spaces offer cushy sofas and smart TVs for immersive movie nights. Each unit includes a dining room table for 4 with additional high-top barstool seating at the kitchen counter for 2. Whether you gather together for a meal or a friendly game of cards, either place is a perfect space for entertaining. THINGS TO NOTE:

- Unit 1: - This unit is on the top floor 20 steps required (No elevator access).

- Unit 2: - This unit is a Walk-Up Unit (No Elevator), Getting to the front door requires 10 steps

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- Washer and dryer in both units.

- Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Guests will acquire a parking pass at the security gate.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.
