Our lakeside cottage spans two floors, boasting 4 beautifully designed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and space for up to 8 guests. With plenty of room to roam and cozy seating nooks, relaxation and privacy are guaranteed.

- The full downstairs bathroom includes a standup shower

Parking is available in the driveway for up to 4-6 vehicles.

Guests have private access to all areas of the property except the garage.

Firewood - We do NOT provide firewood. Guests must bring their own firewood for the fire pit.

Water Safety- Stay safe around water features on the property. Children should be supervised at all times.

Surveillance Cameras - Please be aware that a surveillance camera is used on the premises for security purposes. It is located on the exterior of the garage and records upon detecting motion.

Our water system has a UV light to ensure water is safe for drinking.

If you book during the colder months, we strongly recommend 4WD or AWD.

NO SMOKING - Strictly no smoking of any kind anywhere within the property, including outdoor spaces. If you’d like to smoke, please do so outside the property line and safely dispose of cigarette butts. If we find evidence of smoking in the unit, a $500 charge will apply.
**Candles or any form of open flames are also strictly prohibited**

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - This is strictly enforced and will result in cancellation and eviction.

NOISE LEVELS - We are mindful about being respectful to our wonderful neighbours and following local bylaws. Please note the quiet hours between 10 pm to 7 am.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS

WASTE MANAGEMENT - Due to wildlife in the area, please take any garbage and recycling with you. If the garbage is not properly disposed of, we will have to charge a $100 garbage disposal fee per bag

OTHER RULES:
Please leave all shoes at the front door and do not wear them throughout the property
Lock all windows and doors if you’re not home
Turn off all lights when not in use
No moving/rearranging of furniture

NO PETS - Strictly no pets of any kind in the property. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $500 fine charged to guests.
