A free shuttle runs to the beach and the North Tower pool from spring to fall, so you're never far from the ocean breeze or a relaxing swim.



If you're in the mood for a cookout, the Wedgewood community grill is ready for you to grill that perfect cheeseburger in paradise.



And then there's the location! Barefoot Resort sits close to many attractions. Barefoot Landing, with its charming shops, restaurants, and live entertainment, is just a short shuttle ride away. Explore *Alligator Adventure*, a wildlife park full of reptiles and exotic animals, or catch a live show at the *House of Blues* which features concerts weekly.

Guest Access:

Guests can enjoy all property amenities! This includes a neighborhood pool in Wedgewood right by the condo, grills at Wedgewood, the huge North Tower Pool on the waterway, and a free shuttle to the beach and to the North Tower pool from Spring-Fall. ***Please note: North Tower pool and hot tub facilities will be closed from February 1st-March 31st, 2026 for scheduled maintenance and repairs.***



**Important to know**

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*This unit is located on the 3rd floor of building 7, NO elevator access.

*Pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Barefoot shuttle runs weekends only the following dates in 2026: April 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26 May 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24 and 25. The shuttle will run 7 days a week from June 1st-September 6th, 2026. The full schedule can be found in our listing photos.

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Charcoal grills on property.

*Washer/dryer in unit.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.



1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

7. No Pets Allowed (includes therapy pets). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
