Our condo not only features a neighborhood pool steps from the condo, but also access to the exclusive and stunning North Tower Pool.

The North Tower Pool is a 15,000 square foot salt water pool oasis with massive hot tub located right on the waterway at Barefoot Marina. There is a fabulous restaurant poolside with marina views, excellent seafood, live music, and happy hour.

A free shuttle during spring, summer and fall takes you from our condo to the North Tower pool area and also to the beach, with the shuttle stop conveniently located at the entrance to Willow Bend.

Enjoy coastal life at our coastal beach villa and all of the creature comforts of home while you vacation in style!

Our living room has an open floor plan which flows into the dining area and kitchen. Watch TV, stay connected with our free Wi-Fi and relax after a day of sun and fun.

Our private furnished balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon sundowner. Look out over the lake and take in the breeze while watching the birds and ducks.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You will have everything needed to cook a full meal or a picnic for the beach! All dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils are there for your cooking needs..

There are two bedrooms in our home. The primary features a private bathroom and king size bed, while the second bedroom has two twin size beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. With such a variety of sleeping options, our home is ideal for families, friends, and golfers.

A stackable washer and dryer is also in the home for added convenience.

Barefoot Resort is famous for a reason. The salt water pool at the North Tower, along with its huge hot tub, is one of the largest and most amazing pools on the Grand Strand. Soak up the sun and watch the boats go by with complimentary access for your entire stay! The beach is only a few minutes away, and there is a free beach shuttle in season. You can also drive with ample parking located at almost every block.

Tons of restaurants are nearby, from waterfront dining, to casual and fun family restaurants, to fine dining and fast food. Many establishments offer live music during dinner time as well, making for the perfect day out.

If you are here to explore the area's attractions, this location is perfect for you! Within minutes of Barefoot Landing you have House of Blues and Alabama Theater for live shows and concerts, Duplin Winery, Alligator Adventure, Barefoot Landing, a waterfront ropes course, summer concert series, Tanger Outlets, Restaurant Row, and more! Main Street with its festivals, beach bars, arcades, ice cream parlors, and nightlife is just to your north, while to the south you have the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel, and Broadway at the Beach! Policies:
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
7. No Pets Allowed (includes therapy pets). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
