Welcome to The Sunekrest House! Our beautiful slice of heaven on Lakewood Ave in Eagles Mere PA! This 7-bedroom house is perfect for your escape from the hustle and bustle of life whether it's just you and loved one or your entire extended family, this house has it all. With 1.25 acres, a swimming pool, 6 queen beds and 1 set of twin beds, this brilliant property offers a peaceful retreat with lots of rooms to gather for family connection and to disconnect from the world. Take a morning stroll around the outlet pond or sit along the large bank of windows in the living room and enjoy your morning coffee. You will quickly learn why we named this house Sunekrest as the sun rises in the east and comes up right through these big beautiful windows making every day feel like a new opportunity and fresh start.
We have stocked the house with almost everything we can think of to make your stay easy and enjoyable. All linens, including duvet covers, are changed between each visitor. All bath towels are stored in the hall closets on each floor and easily accessible. Please know your towels are clean and fresh when stored in the closet and you can use them as you need. A washing machine is located on the 1st floor.
The kitchen is fully stocked and you should be able to make any dish your heart desires. Serving platters and big serving bowls are available for your use. These are stored in the vintage buffet under the big starburst mirror. Ceramic dishware for indoor dining and melamine dishware for outdoor poolside dining is provided. There is a dishwasher and garbage disposal as well. Enjoy your morning coffee with either the french press or Mr. Coffee. There is an electric tea kettle to heat water quickly as well. Salt, pepper and spices are available to use. You may want to stop at the grocery store prior to arrival since the closest market is Hurley's Market which is 25 min away in Dushore or Mountain Fresh Market in Hunlock Creek which is 45 min away in the other direction.

Please note there is no AC at this property. There are 7 fans, one for each room. The house has zoned heating for the colder months.

PLEASE READ FOR LAKE ACCESS June-Sept 1: Access to the private lake requires an additional $240 temporary membership fee which is paid directly to the lake association. Boat rental are rented directly from the lake boat house and paid separately. Please contact me with any questions.

PLEASE READ FOR POOL ACCESS: The pool is open in the summer and each visitor over the age of 18 will need to sign a pool waiver. The pool has a vinyl liner so it is important visitors know to keep sharp objects and glass away from the pool area.
