THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-up unit requiring the use of stairs. There is no elevator.

- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available in the parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis. A parking pass is required and will be obtained from the guard on duty upon arrival.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- There is an exterior security camera at the front door.

- The community outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
