I’m sorry again that your initial request for washcloths wasn’t fulfilled correctly at the time, that’s an easy but important miss on our side, especially for a group of six adults. I’m glad the team was able to later deliver additional towels and washcloths, but I understand that it didn’t fully resolve the original inconvenience during your stay.
