Because the condo is not occupied full-time, it can occasionally develop a musty smell due to limited air circulation, which can happen in many seasonal or coastal properties. To proactively address this, the homeowners have installed both a dehumidifier and an air purifier to ensure the space remains fresh and comfortable for all future guests. We are committed to providing a pleasant experience and encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address any concerns right away.
