The perfect condo

This condo is the best location in the resort. Overlooking the stunning signature 6th hole of the beach course with an ocean backdrop is incredible. It makes you want to spend time watching from the balcony the golf and ocean. It is perfectly located to enjoy the pool and restaurant. We would stay here again!!!

Excellent golf course and ocean views from veranda. Condo was very cleanabd very well equipped and also had a propane grill. We enjoyed being close to pool and the restaurant at the pool had good food

Great location and nice condo

The complex Halii Kai is well positioned in the waikoloa area and this particular unit is at the end meaning near ocean, with nice ocean views and next to gym (very nice altho small) and pool. The unit was nicely furnished and had everything you need--plenty of bath and beach towels, several coffee options, well stocked kitchen, closet full of beach chairs, snorkel stuff, sand toys etc. beds were comfy. One king and two doubles. The pool was beautiful, perfect ocean view and lots of lounge chairs. Only negative was you were not allowed to bring any food or drinks, even water, to the pool. You had to order from them.

Gorgeous condo

The condo was super nice, clean, well stocked, we had everything we needed. Very nice property, pool, bar, and hot tub. It did not have a direct access to the beach though.

Perfect

The location of the unit is perfect. It’s close to the pool area. It has a great view of the ocean and the mountains. You can watch sunrise and sunset from the lanai. The pool area is great. The restaurant and bar serve good food and drinks. And the ocean trail is great for morning walks. The unit was nicely furnished. It had all of the appliances and kitchen ware. And the grill on the lanai was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Big island beauty!

We absolutely loved our stay at the condo at Hali i Kai . The condo was clean and had ample supplies for cooking at home, beach adventures and fun family game nights. Comfy beds and linens were a plus! The unit has a wonderful sunset view from the balcony. This is the perfect Big Island home base for Hawaii adventures (beach, volcano, shave ice, surfing in Kona). We cannot wait to return!

Serenity and sunsets

Hali’s Kai 12A is a wonderful retreat. The condo was just as described, fully stocked kitchen bath and laundry as well as beach items and stylish clean furnishings. The communication was excellent and clear. The bonus car rental made things easier as well. I’m looking forward to returning soon!

Top Notch Rental

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The unit itself was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. The facilities were equally impressive—well-maintained, convenient, and added so much to our overall enjoyment. The highlight, without question, was the view. It was simply breathtaking and something we looked forward to every single day—it truly made our trip unforgettable. A special thank you to KBM Resorts for being so fabulous to work with. A perfect stay

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at HLI-12A. Located at the fairway of holes 6, the signature hole, we had a stunning view to the sea from our cozy balcony. The access to the club with the small fitness we appriciated much. The Appartement itsself was clean and comfortable. Thanks a lot for this great time.
