THINGS TO KNOW

There is storage underneath the unit..
Pets are allowed at this vacation rental (Max of 2 pets no more than 50lbs each). 
This rental does require you to climb stairs if the elevator is not functioning, however there is an elevator (pictured). 
Parking notes: Should be plenty of parking under the building. 
If a Lift is present, it must be out of the water when not in use. If left in water there will be a $200 fee. 
Additional information regarding boat slips included in rental:
Boat Slip for "V Hull" only. This slip is not for lifting pontoons or other Hulls. 
On a normal tide, the boat slip will accommodate a 34"-36" draft
The chocks from front to back are 11" & 6" from center to center. 
The chocks are 45" apart, center to center. 
Proof of insurance policy to use boat slip is required.

A few reminders for your trip:
- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.
