Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your visit. I'm so glad that our condo met your needs and apologize for the bugs you experienced in the elevator. I know your visit was on the tail end of very wet weather, and of course, in Florida, that means bugs! I referred your comments to the management company for the condo and they have assured us that the elevator was sprayed and strips were put in to catch any remaining bugs. I'm so glad that other than the pesky bugs that you enjoyed our beautiful beach town and our condo! Please let us know when you are ready for your next beach getaway.

Elvira, I’m so glad that you enjoyed your stay and would return as our guest! I appreciate the 5-star review. We try hard to make every detail just right and it’s very frustrating when these things that are out of control occur and affect our guests. Please, please, please never hesitate to let us know of problems so they can be taken care of. Grilling on any balcony is illegal in Florida and we could have addressed this immediately if we had known. In fact, when you told me later, I contacted the owner and let her know what had happened and she contacted her guest so they understand how incredibly dangerous and unacceptable that was. I’ve never heard of anyone doing that and I’m so sorry that happened while you were our guest. Also, please know that we have two elevators - one is very close to our door and is the one most people use, the other is about 10 doors down. We have carts so that would have made your checkout so much easier. I’m so sorry! We encourage our guests to not hesitate to contact us if they have any issues so we can assist them and I feel terrible that you didn’t feel comfortable enough to do that. Please let Vacation Mexico Beach know when you want to return to Mexico Beach. We have several options that might work for you and I will give you a discount to try to make up for the challenges you experienced. I’m so glad you loved our little beach town! It is very special.

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay, Susan and I’m pleased we were able to resolve the small issues quickly. At Vacation Mexico Beach, we aim for a flawless stay, but when there are issues we work hard to address them immediately. Sea View does have such gorgeous views and is perfect for a small group!
