The space
Welcome to WanderHaven rental- Jamul dome house.This property is situated on 4 1/2 acres just inside of jamul, CA only 25 minutes to downtown San Diego. With this property, you get the best of both worlds with a very private and luxurious compound for your group to enjoy that is a short drive from all of the things San Diego is famous for. The beach, the zoo and our famous parks. The jamul dome house is designed for ultimate connection. Connection to oneself and connecting with our loved ones.

The Special Touches:
Every touch that went into the jamul dome house was to provide the most comfortable and most inspired stay imaginable. No designer piece or thoughtful amenity was spared when we designed and furnished this extra special property. This property is intended to be the perfect backdrop to all of your social media posts while staying with us.

All of the mattresses are by Casper with top of the line bedding, bath towels, Turkish pool towels as well as waffle robes, crate and barrel dishware, a custom made stock tank pool and deck, 6 hammocks, 4 hanging swings, 3 meditation spaces and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need to make a full spread for your 15 guests. There is brand new central ac and heating, ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and designer lighting and furnishings throughout.

FIRST FLOOR:
Game Room/ Theater-
You gain access to the house through the garage on the main floor. On the main floor is also where the game room and theater is as well as a half bath and queen bunk beds. This room has a pool table, an arcade, popcorn machine, an 83” projector screen with sound bar, two hammock swings, four oversized bean bag chairs, two bar top tables with bar stools, a neon sign.

First Floor Yard-
Private dirt driveway, tree swing, patio set off the game room patio, meditation cliff, tree hammock. **Please use caution with children near this cliff. ** Do not enter wooded area as there is poison oak in there. Be mindful of signs that designate property line as there is not a fence separating the neighbor with the tree house. That is not part of this property. It is advised that children should stay in the upper yard near the activities and should avoid this part of the house altogether. The terrain is uneven and there are a bit more hazards in this portion of the property.

MAIN LEVEL:
Bedroom One-
All three bedrooms are located on the middle level and main floor. This room has one full size bed, one twin bed, nightstands, lamps, charging ports, a closet, ceiling fan and blackout curtains on one window only. Wood hangers, a floor fan and robes in the closets

Bedroom Two-
This is the smallest of the bedrooms with a queen bed, two nightstands, ceiling fan, but no closet. This will be the darkest room for the guest that likes to sleep in.

Bedroom Three-
This is the largest enclosed bedroom in the house. There is a king bed, blackout curtains, a leather settee sofa large enough for a child to sleep on, a dresser, smart tv, ceiling fan and closet with a floor fan, wood hangers, shelves and robes. This is the closet to the middle level bathroom.

Middle Level Bathroom-
This is a completely redone full bath with a bath/shower combo, toilet, double vanity.

Laundry/ Cleaning Closet-
Washer and dryer, laundry detergent as well as mop, bucket, cleaners, broom, vacuum, iron, ironing board, steamer are all available for guest use

Kitchen-
Completely remodeled kitchen with new appliances, microwave, oven, full size fridge, diswasher, designer dishware, coup glasses, wine glasses, outdoor dishware, gold flatware, thermos cups, keurig, drip coffee, organic teas, oils and a fully outfitted kitchen

Dining Room-
8 barstools, dining seats 7

Living Room-
Large curved performance fabric sofa, coffee table, three accent chairs, console with ottomans and additional lighting. ** DO NOT USE FIREPLACE

Deck-
Wrap around deck with 180 degree views of the property and surrounding areas. Large dining that seats 16. 5 moveable outdoor umbrellas. Double outdoor cushioned sectionals surrounding a propane firepit. Propane grill and utensils. Outdoor trash can. ** PLEASE USE CAUTION AS THIS IS A HIGH FIRE ZONE. No smoking on the premises.

Upper Yard-
Hot tub seating 6 with a cover, cafe lights, 5 hammocks, custom made stock tank pool and deck (10’ dia, 2’ high) ** custom cover not expected till late sept 24. PLEASE USE CAUTION WITH CHILDREN AROUND POOL AND HOT TUB. 6 Sun loungers and side tables. Live potted olives throughout. Custom bocce ball court with 8 chairs. 8 outdoor umbrellas, outdoor trash can, meditation lookout.

TOP LEVEL:
Loft-
This is the fourth bedroom. While this space is one of the most amazing spaces in the house, realize that this is not an enclosed space, nor are there black out curtains on one of the windows. This space includes a large desk and desk chair, two king beds with nightstands and lamps, one king bed has starlight overhead views , a twin daybed, a cozy sitting nook or game table, a full bathroom with shower and double vanity mirror as well as a private meditation loft up a 120’ ladder. The loft has 360’ views as well as a full glass enclosure and a large hanging swing. **PLEASE USE CAUTION AS CHILDREN SHOULD NOT BE PERMITTED TO USE THE LOFT LADDER. There are baby gates provided to ensure the safety of young ones.
